Returns and Refunds

Returns and Refunds will only be applicable where Eden is deemed to be in breach of the description offered for the purchased artwork or if the item is damaged.

In order to return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase. 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You are responsible for the cost of returnsTo start a return, you can contact Eden at Edensartgb@outlook.com. If your return is accepted a return address will be emailed to you. 

Once approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that the issue can be looked into and made right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned such as custom art / personalised items or gift cards.

 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees that may apply in their country. Eden is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

If an order is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to sender, original shipping costs are non-refundable and any return fees incurred may be deducted from the refund.
